Administrative & Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will support both accounting and administrative operations while ensuring accurate reporting and smooth day-to-day processes.

Main Responsibilities

Accounting Support

* Daily cash reconciliation

* Credit card reconciliation

* Verify collections against the clinic system

* Track doctor commissions

* Track staff commissions

* Prepare weekly revenue reports

* Monitor outstanding payments

* Organize invoices and supplier payments

Administrative Support

* Prepare reports

* Follow up on pending documents

* Manage contracts and agreements

* Organize staff files and DHA documents

* Track license renewals

* Manage office supplies

KPI Reporting

Every morning provide:

* Yesterday’s revenue

* Revenue by department

* New patients

* No-shows

* Outstanding treatment plans

* Pending payments

* ⁠find and contact infuncers

* own visa is preferred
