Administrative Affairs Manager

Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Affairs Manager to lead and manage administrative operations and supply chain activities within the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient office management, logistics coordination, cost control, and compliance with company policies while supporting overall business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, operational experience, and the capability to optimize administrative and supply chain processes to support organizational efficiency and business continuity.


1. Role Purpose:

The Administrative Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative affairs and supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of office services, logistics, and inventory management.

The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


2. Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Affairs

  • Lead and oversee all administrative operations and daily office activities.
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Manage facilities, office supplies, and support services.
  • Prepare, review, and approve official correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Supply Chain Management

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, sourcing, logistics, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
  • Oversee purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in line with quality and cost requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.

Reporting & Leadership

  • Manage administrative and supply chain budgets and control expenditures.
  • Prepare periodic management reports, KPIs, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support senior management with planning, forecasting, and special projects.


3. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field .
  • Professional certifications (CIPS, CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in administrative affairs and supply chain, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and administrative affairs operations.
