We believe every child deserves healthy food, stable housing, reliable healthcare, and quality childcare and early education. With a goal of cutting the experience of child poverty in half by 2030, the SDec approach is three-fold: to activate a well-informed community on the issue of child poverty; to create in-roads for collaboration across the hunger-relief, housing, healthcare, and child care and early learning service sectors, and; to sample innovative poverty mitigation approaches informed by families both closest to the problem and proposed solutions. San Diego for Every Child is both fiscally sponsored and coordinated by Jewish Family Service of San Diego.
