Logistics & warehousing: Introduce and liaise with logistics providers, follow up on customs clearance and deliveries, maintain logistics documents and reconcile expense claims.

Administrative affairs: Manage office/dormitory/vehicle leases and maintenance, procure office supplies, register and maintain fixed assets, handle visitor reception, and ensure normal office operations.

Visa & foreign affairs: Assist/guide employees in handling Turkish visas, invitation letters, work permits, etc.

Compliance & records: Manage contracts, company seals, authorizations/certifications and administrative records.

HR support: Post job openings; handle onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts and attendance; assist with payroll reconciliation; liaise with HQ HR/Finance/Logistics departments.

Finance liaison: Reconcile and submit payment requests for salaries, rent and lease fees, utilities/internet/parking and other routine expenses, and accounting service fees.

External liaison: Coordinate with accounting firms, banks and government agencies (tax office, trade registry, immigration, etc.) to support compliant operations.

Corporate culture: Assist in planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.

Other: Complete other administrative/operations tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00TRY - 50,000.00TRY per month
