Job Responsibilities
- Handle reception duties, manage phone calls, visitors, and front desk operations.
- Assist management with daily administrative, official, and personal tasks, including documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Follow up on pending tasks, meeting schedules, and ensure timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
- Maintain management calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel bookings (airline, train, etc.) for management.
- Support statutory compliance activities such as ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC filings.
- Maintain and update records of all statutory filings, receipts, and compliance documentation.
- Organize and categorize documentation to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records, management information, and employee data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
