Job Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties, manage phone calls, visitors, and front desk operations.
  • Assist management with daily administrative, official, and personal tasks, including documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, meeting schedules, and ensure timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
  • Maintain management calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel bookings (airline, train, etc.) for management.
  • Support statutory compliance activities such as ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC filings.
  • Maintain and update records of all statutory filings, receipts, and compliance documentation.
  • Organize and categorize documentation to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records, management information, and employee data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
