Overview
We are a Central Florida Window and Door company seeking a highly organized, proactive, experienced person to oversee and coordinate our administrative and HR operations from our NW Orlando office. This role will ensure efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflows, managing day-to-day HR functions and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively and evenly implemented throughout the company to foster a positive and productive work environment and to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Work with the Vice President to develop and monitor HR budget; ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Coordinate full-cycle talent acquisition, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
Demonstrated ability to establish, communicate and enforce HR and administrative policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Support special projects and organizational initiatives by providing administrative expertise and logistical support.
Implement, organize and support performance review processes and assist managers with employee development plans.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and promoting a positive workplace culture. Work with managers to document issues and effect change as necessary.
Assist with enrollment, changes, and communication of employee benefits programs.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or proven experience in an HR generalist, administrative management or related role with employee relations experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS programs
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle sensitive conversations with diplomacy and tact.
Problem-solving and decision making capabilities. Requires ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.11 - $27.84 per hour
