About Us
Boston Sailing Center is a leading sailing school and membership club situated on the historic Boston Harbor. Operating a fleet of 75 vessels and serving a community of over 1,000 members and students each year, we provide exceptional on-the-water experiences and host unforgettable events aboard our unique Louisiana Riverboat.
Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-focused individual to help manage the daily operations of our active sailing community. This multifaceted role includes responsibilities in sales, marketing, administrative support, and event coordination for both individual members and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, familiarity with marketing, excellent organizational abilities, and great attention to detail. Prior sailing experience is a plus but not required.
