Position Summary
The position is responsible for administrative functions related to general programming and other tasks and duties as noted below.
Responsibilities

· Ability to use Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook to write reports, emails, marketing material, agendas and calendaring.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at once and remain calm under pressure
Education and Experience
· High School education with three plus years of experience working in an administrative environment.
· Proven experience in working in a diplomatic, collaborative communication style with a focus on good executive presence
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Work Hours and Conditions
· This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
· Our standard work week is 37.5 hours.
· Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
· This position is located at our offices at 5201 Democracy Drive, Plano, TX 75024.
· Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
· Some of the job may be performed remotely, with supervisor approval. Preferred four days per week in house with one day work from home.
· This position will report directly to the Administrative Manager, under the direction of the Associate Director of ILEA.
· Duties may also be assigned by other Institute Executives and the Director of the Institute.
· Start: July 2026
