Requirements:

The Recruitment & Deployment Supervisor ensures ServPRO’s client sites are consistently staffed with trained, reliable, and high-performing hospitality professionals. The role combines people management, client coordination, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
- Supervise on-ground staff deployment and performance.
- Liaise with clients to confirm daily or event-based manpower requirements.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and last-minute replacements.
- Support orientation and training sessions for new hires.
- Track and evaluate staff feedback, behavior, and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality staffing or operations supervision.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and locations simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
3. Operations & Recruitment Supervisor (ServPRO Hospitality Services)
Job Summary:
This hybrid role manages recruitment operations while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction. The Operations & Recruitment Supervisor acts as a link between ServPRO’s back-office team and front-line staff deployed to partner venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment campaigns and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Supervise daily staff dispatch and ensure punctuality and grooming standards.
- Conduct client visits and staff evaluations to maintain service quality.
- Handle incident reports, attendance logs, and administrative compliance.
- Provide weekly performance reports and manpower analytics.
- Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators within the S-Tribe.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, operations, or hospitality supervision.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
