  • Handle daily administrative operations, including invoices, sales reports, delivery notes, and other business-related files and documentation
  • Publish promotional posts and updates on Instagram and Facebook platforms
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update inventory and stock levels regularly
  • Schedule, organize, and manage dress fitting appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate dress deliveries, customer pick-ups, and return processes
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Business
  • Provide accurate information regarding gowns, pricing, fabrics, and materials
  • Assist customers in selecting evening dresses based on body type, preferences, and occasion
  • Take customer measurements and coordinate required dress alterations with the tailoring team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
