Administrative Assistant (1099 Contractor)

Established boutique hair salon seeking a reliable, organized, and trustworthy professional to provide bookkeeping, office managment, and personal support services to the salon owner.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small-business environment, values meaningful work, and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities.

Responsiblities:

  • Bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets usage, Vlookup, and complex formulas
  • Bill paying and payroll coordination
  • Office organization and administrative support
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Ordering supplies and coordinating vendors
  • Running errands, including shopping and personal tasks
  • Providing transportation to appointments as needed
  • Assisting with carrying supplies, packages, and purchases

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Professional, dependable, and discreet
  • Comfortable providing non-medical support to an owner with mobility limitations

Compensation:
