Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations at our construction site/office. The ideal candidate will handle transportation arrangements, assist with general administrative duties, and support site coordination. Open to candidates with Plus Two qualification (pass or fail) or any degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Coordination:

  • Arrange daily transportation for site staff, engineers, and workers.
  • Schedule and monitor pickup/drop services for laborers and materials.
  • Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel logs, and driver attendance.
  • Coordinate with vehicle vendors, drivers, and logistics partners.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain files and records related to site operations and admin matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of timesheets, attendance records, and site reports.
  • Monitor stock of office/site supplies and raise purchase requests.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic documentation tasks.

Office and Site Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between site workers and office staff for admin needs.
  • Support in arranging meetings, safety briefings, and staff coordination.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the site office.
  • Follow up with vendors for delivery of materials and services.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (Pass or Fail accepted)
  • Preferred Qualification: Any degree (optional)
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
  • Must Have 2 wheeler /four wheeler license
  • Male Candidates are preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
