Overview:

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role involves coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with reports and scheduling needs. The position requires a dependable individual who is organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and management team
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist with data entry, document tracking, and basic reporting
  • Support other team members with routine administrative tasks and projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check and drug test.
