Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the real estate office.
- Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and client files.
- Assist with lease agreements, tenancy documents, and property listings.
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings with clients or contractors.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, service providers, and external contractors.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
- Support accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and expense recording.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist the team in preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a real estate admin role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate operations and property management is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (if any).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
