About the Company:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our operations and help our team run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the real estate office.
  • Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and client files.
  • Assist with lease agreements, tenancy documents, and property listings.
  • Schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings with clients or contractors.
  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, service providers, and external contractors.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
  • Support accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and expense recording.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist the team in preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a real estate admin role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate operations and property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (if any).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
