Position Summary:
The Township of Kalamazoo Police Department (TKPD) is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The position requires proficiency in word processing, records management, working with the public in a professional manner, and the ability to pass a rigorous background investigation. Prior administrative experience is preferred. Some remote weekend on-call work is required. This position requires in-office work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and the option to work the remaining four hours of the work week from home on Fridays.
