Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Hawally. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. They will also handle phone inquiries, assist with clerical duties, and provide support for executive-level tasks. Coordination and communication with both internal and external parties will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications

Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records, managing documentation, and organizing schedules

Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally

Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance to senior management

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous administrative experience is preferred

Certification in office administration or a related field is a plus
