- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support dental receptionist functions, including appointment scheduling and patient communications when necessary.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity within the office.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on front desk operations or similar environments.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- Experience in construction setting is mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy skills are necessary for navigating various software applications.
- Ability to type efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
