Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations within the assigned division.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support and coordination for construction services, including but not limited to maintaining and distributing subcontractor documents, control logs, and lists (i.e., status, change orders, close outs, insurance certificates, bonds)
· Perform general and administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, records management, drafting & proofreading correspondence, and handling incoming mail
· Utilizes construction management software and/or tracking systems to keep project information current and accessible to users
· Assist in the preparation and distribution of bid packages and scope change order pricing
· Responsible for company data management and record-keeping systems, electronic and hard copy
· Prepare and draft job correspondence, compliance reports, and job reports
· Assist with timekeeping & timesheet submittal on a weekly basis to payroll
· Interact regularly with all company staff independently and on behalf of management
· Regular attendance is required according to company policy to ensure the crew can operate at the normal efficiency level.
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
· Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to maintain a positive demeanor and manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving, people skills, and interacting with multiple levels of authority
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs or related software
· Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate’s degree or related technical certification preferred
· Minimum five (5) years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the construction industry
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis.
· May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.

This position routinely requires the use of personal and/or company vehicles on company business. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
