The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e., organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, Business Development work and general clerical support).
Responsibilities

Ensuring the reception is not vacant.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Distribute mail.

Act as first point of contact for visitors.

Resolve customer complaints.

Writing monthly reports (Financial, marketing, etc)

Updating office profile, Business Cards, and similar documents.

Assisting with promotional activities.

Helping to organize market research.

Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.

Scheduling appointments.
-
Keeping track of office supplies and making arrangement of office supplies efficiently.

Keeping track of office documentations, licenses, employees' documents, expiry dates, court hearings, Power of attorneys, etc.

Library organization, books referencing and books tracking.
-
Other duties as required.
