Job Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the management and operations team.

- Manage office documentation, data entry, and file organization.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Schedule meetings and appointments.

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

- Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
