Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized filing systems, and providing general support to ensure smooth operations. The role will also involve assisting executives with administrative duties and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing records, documentation, and maintaining schedules
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interactions with clients, employees, and stakeholders
  • Strong time-management abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms)
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a professional environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
