Lake District Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to support our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2* years of UAE real estate admin experience* and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update property listings on portals.
  • Coordinate marketing support (QR codes, campaigns).
  • Handle DLD Broker Portal tasks.
  • Manage CRM updates and reports.
  • Assist Accounts with invoices/receipts.
  • Prepare contracts (A, B, F) and deal files.
  • Update sales reports.

Requirements:

  • 2 years UAE real estate admin experience.
  • Knowledge of portals: Property Finder, Dubai Rest, Property Monitor, Invespy, Zadarma.
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM, and other software.
  • Strong communication, organization, and accuracy.
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
