Role Overview
The Admin Officer will support the Dubai office with day to day administrative tasks, coordination, and office operations. The role requires someone proactive، organized، and able to keep the office running smoothly while supporting HR، Finance، and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Handle office supplies، stationery، and vendor coordination.

Support HR in onboarding, document collection, employee requests, and coordination with PRO for issuing and canceling visas.

Support HR in register employees for health insurance and manage additions/cancellations.

Assist Finance with basic paperwork، scanning، filing، and invoice tracking.

Coordinate meetings، schedules، travel arrangements، and bookings.

Welcome visitors and manage front desk duties when needed.

Maintain employee records and ensure documents are up to date.

Follow up with external parties (building management، maintenance، suppliers)

Prepare reports، letters، and communication as required

Support with event planning، team activities، and admin tasks for Dubai team

Provide general support to Sales team and Country Manager when needed
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

1–3 years of experience in Admin or Office Support

Strong knowledge of UAE work culture, administrative processes, and basic UAE labor regulations

Fluent in English (Writing, reading, listening)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word، Excel، Outlook)

Strong organization and follow up skills

Positive attitude and willingness to help across teams
Preferred

Experience working in a multinational or fast paced environment

Arabic language is a plus
