Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and maintain tenancy contracts, renewals, amendments, and related notices
- Register and renew Ejari contracts in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
- Coordinate with tenants regarding move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and required documentation
- Monitor and track rental payments, security deposits, and post-dated cheques
- Handle tenant inquiries and follow-ups, resolve routine issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants, contracts, and property documentation
- Coordinate with property owners, leasing agents, and building management teams
- Support move-out procedures, including NOCs, clearance processes, and handover documentation
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Prepare reports, trackers, and official correspondence as required
- Create and manage property listings on Property Finder and Bayut
- Prepare Form I, Form A, Form B, Form F, and MOUs as required
- Perform general administrative duties to support the property management and leasing teams
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Preferably with at least one year of administrative experience in property management or real estate in Dubai
- Sound knowledge of Ejari, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- Customer-service-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Can speak Tagalog
Preferred Skills
- Experience using property management systems
- Familiarity with community or developer portals
- Basic understanding of leasing laws and regulations in Dubai
