Job description:

  • Male Arabic speaking with Driving license
  • Manage and respond to incoming emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
  • Coordinate shipping & logistics for office equipment, instruments, and documents.
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending documents, deliveries, and payments.
  • Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other routine communications.
  • Handle visa, hotel, and flight bookings for staff and guests.
  • Support the preparation and submission of invoices and required documentation to clients or platforms (e.g., ADNOC, ENEC, FANR).
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with supplies.
  • Liaise with PRO for government documentation and visa processing.
  • Update and track key records such as PO logs, delivery notes, shipment tracking, etc.
  • Support the Business Development and Technical teams with basic coordination tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents and information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
