We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry & Administrative Clerk to support our operations through accurate data management and essential administrative support. This role is well‑suited for candidates across African countries who possess strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.


The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that company records, databases, and administrative processes are maintained efficiently and consistently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data within digital databases and internal systems
  • Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Convert information from source documents into electronic formats
  • Organize, file, and manage digital and physical records
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence
  • Assist with routine office and reporting tasks as required
  • Adhere strictly to data protection, privacy, and confidentiality standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data‑related matters


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (data entry systems, spreadsheets, word processing tools)
  • Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Clear written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is beneficial but not mandatory


Salary is between $1,500 - $2000 a month
