Skyline Medical Requisites Trading L.L.C is expanding its operations and will be opening a new branch in Oman. We provide professional services and solutions to the medical and healthcare sector across the region.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our new Oman branch. The ideal candidate will assist management, handle office coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office tasks.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Support HR and management with basic administrative duties.
  • Maintain office supplies and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate.
