Job Description:

Maven Events is hiring an Administrative Assistant with experience in the media or marketing industry. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling daily administrative tasks while supporting our creative and client teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and client coordination across various multimedia and marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, filing, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors in both Arabic and English
  • Support creative and content teams with media-related documentation and Arabic proofreading
  • Organize and maintain records for projects, contracts, and invoices
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and client reports
  • Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and help with project coordination
  • Assist with production planning, logistics, and agency operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a media agency, production house, or creative company
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with agency processes, production timelines, and content creation workflows
  • Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
