Lovino Real Estate is Hiring – Admin Executive
- We are looking for an experienced and efficient Admin Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Listing Management:
- Create, update, and maintain property listings across portals and CRM systems
- Ensure accuracy of property details, pricing, and visuals
- Coordinate with agents to gather complete listing information
Administrative Support:
- Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Schedule property viewings and manage appointment calendars
- Maintain organized records of listings, leads, and transactions
Marketing Coordination:
- Liaise with photographers and videographers for property shoots
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and social media content
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements
Team Collaboration:
- Support agents with documentation and listing updates
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist in onboarding new listings and coordinating with developers

Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with real estate platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UAE Real Estate or Administrative Role
Language Preference : Arabic speaker preferred
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently handle operations and admin duties while being a key support to the HR function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
