A well-established attorney support services company in Penfield is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual for an immediate full-time administrative assistant position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain client files, including setup, tracking, and closure
  • Calendar important dates and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Perform billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks
  • Draft and send correspondence; manage incoming and outgoing client documents
  • Provide administrative support including copying, filing, and other general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
