Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant who is passionate about being part of a winning team and serving a diverse community. This position provides administrative support for multiple groups within Customer & Warranty Services and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, determine purpose, and route to appropriate personnel or department in a courteous and professional manner.
Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when necessary.
Provide callers with organizational information such as address, directions, and general inquiries.
Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required.
Create and print memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, collating, and mailroom duties.
Process special mail-outs from Marketing or Sales.
Coordinate EMT calls and maintain keys for various company areas.
Multi-task across projects with minimal downtime and limited supervision.
Assist callers with basic questions regarding service requests and products.
Manage and work through case queues.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to learn new computer software programs quickly.
Salesforce experience preferred, not required.
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
