Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office documentation and filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting
Maintain supplies and ensure proper office functioning
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in English is a must
Arabic language proficiency is preferred
UAE Driving License is a plus
