Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

To provide administrative sales support and related assistance to the Business Center team such as executing the renewals adhering to the defined policy and procedures, manning the reception desk and other ad hoc duties.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Business center sales team by assisting in sending the service agreement, invoice or any communication related to the renewal.
  • Provides sales support by contacting the list of clients with expired leases.
  • Assist the team in the execution of the renewal by ensuring that the agreement has been signed and the payment is received.
  • Attends to customer queries from the reception and received from other channels detailing the information related to the Business Center lease.
  • Issue new and renewal of the registered agents’ agreements.
  • Provides administrative and sales support to the Business Center Team and updating the status of the assigned list of renewals.
  • Process agents commission and track their performance.
  • Keep records of the communications and coordinate the same to the assigned salesperson.
  • Assist in sending the service agreement and invoices to the client.
  • Assist in following outstanding payments.
  • Provides weekly update on the status of the assigned tasks.

Qualification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent or Undergraduate with adequate experiences

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Administrative Know-how
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reports preparation

Minimum Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
