Answer and route all incoming calls for Property Management and Leasing
Maintain calendars, task lists, and schedule meetings and conference calls for management
Respond to tenant and vendor inquiries before escalating to managers
Follow up on occupant/tenant/vendor emails to ensure timely response times
Maintain and organize all property-related files such as budgets & vendor files
Create physical and digital file folders with proper labeling.
Collect and submit payroll forms for manager approval.
Prepare notices and building memos for all properties.
Submit DOB recertifications. PA permits, MDR renewals
Create spreadsheets and reports on an as-needed basis.
Assist with tenant communication and follow-up regarding building inquiries and issues.
Support apartment turnover coordination by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication between Vendors, Property Management and Leasing.
