Growing family law firm in the Office Park area of Mountain Brook needs part-time assistance with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual and is with great numbers and organizational skills. Responsibilities include A/R, A/P, banking responsibilities, and generating P&L and other productivity reports that will be distributed to partners and our CPA. Office administration including but not limited to human resources, vendor relations, benefits, and payroll will be necessary. Microsoft and experience in legal software is a must to be considered for this position. A minimum experience of 3 years in the legal industry or related field will be required.
