Job Overview

Duties

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance application functionality based on client feedback.
  • Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology or software consulting.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate clients on complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
  • Excellent leadership qualities that inspire confidence and trust among clients and team members.
  • A background in customer service is essential, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
