Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. As an energetic and proactive team member, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, managing multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative support, such as scanning, filing, preparing packets, and updating client records. Helping with new accounts and new account support.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask in high stress environment and have a high attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred but not required.
  • Fingerprint and background check required.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Room for advancement.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
