Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This hybrid role allows a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
- Schedule various project related appointments
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Manage job files, contracts, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, payments, expense tracking, etc...
- Maintain calendars and track project progress
- Order materials and assist with vendor coordination
- Support field employees
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require professionalism and patience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to learn construction/project management software
- Self-starter with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience in construction or remodeling (preferred, not required)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
