Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This hybrid role allows a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
  • Schedule various project related appointments
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Manage job files, contracts, and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, expense tracking, etc...
  • Maintain calendars and track project progress
  • Order materials and assist with vendor coordination
  • Support field employees

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require professionalism and patience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn construction/project management software
  • Self-starter with a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in construction or remodeling (preferred, not required)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
