Administrative Assistant

The Office Support position is part of the front face of our business. Must display a positive demeanor, courteous and friendly at all times. Exhibit excellent customer service. The main responsibilities of the position are: sales order entry, customer invoicing, related filing, order and maintain office supply closet and break room items, retrieve and distribute daily mail, online inventory maintenance, respond to internal and customer sales emails, answer and/or direct all incoming phone calls. Assist the CEO, CRO, CFO with ad hoc tasks as needed. Candidate must be reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
