Custom Sewn Products is a growing U.S.-based manufacturer serving industries like military, medical, and outdoor gear. We’re looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication, and help keep our team running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare documents and maintain organized files
- Enter and update data accurately
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor communication
- Assist with onboarding and general office support
- Handle mail, shipments, and basic office coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
