Hammond Presbyterian Church is seeking candidates for a Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This is a part time role with flexible hours and a positive working environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing church communications - phone, email, and social media.
- Ordering and ensuring receipt of necessary supplies and materials for church activities and maintenance.
- Maintaining the church website, social media, and other public communications. These include a monthly calendar, quarterly newsletter, Weekly presentations for Sunday worship, annual reports, and occasional flyers and advertisements for church events.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date contact information for all members of the church community.
- -Managing and organizing church files, both digital and physical.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hammond, NY
