We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is excited to grow with a fast-paced, creative business.

Position Overview
This is not a basic admin role.
We’re looking for someone who can support operations while actively contributing to business growth, especially through lead generation, client communication, and organization systems.
This role is hybrid and flexible, with the majority of work being remote, and occasional in-person support for team meetings or event preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
- Manage and update client and lead tracking systems (Google Sheets/CRM)
- Organize event calendars, bookings, and staffing schedules
- Assist with proposal and invoice preparation using templates
- Maintain organized digital files and internal systems
- Support onboarding documents and team coordination
Lead Generation & Sales Support (High Priority)
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, venues, and brand partners
- Respond to inbound inquiries (Instagram, email, platforms like Bark, etc.)
- Assist in converting leads into booked events
- Follow up with warm and past leads to increase bookings
- Research new opportunities for business growth
Marketing & Outreach Support
- Assist with Instagram engagement and messaging
- Support vendor outreach and relationship building
- Help maintain consistent brand presence across platforms

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Administrative assistant or operations experience
- Lead generation or sales experience
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or client tracking tools
- Social media or client communication experience
