Job Summary:
The Administrative Specialist/Assistant will collaborate with various department and project teams to complete administrative tasks related to construction projects. This person should be motivated, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Description:

Maintain and update HR-related data in Excel spreadsheets and internal databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

Ability to drive organizational efficiency through expert calendar management, travel coordination, event management, and cross- functional collaboration

Submit and track employee and temporary staff access requests

Receive and process purchase orders

Provide administrative support to Payroll by managing and verifying employee and temporary staff time record
Skills Requested:

5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders across operations and multiple departments a +

Recognized for discretion, attention to detail, and a people-first approach in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various outside online platforms to access client documents and information.
