Harvest Pack is an innovative food packaging company that specializes in compostable disposable take-out containers. Harvest Pack carries 3 in-house brands and up to 90+ foodservice products.

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. The primary role for this position is to assist the inside sales team with daily sales orders. Applicants with two+ years’ experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders, returns, mis-shipments, and damage claims
  • Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
  • Perform data entry and provide customer support as needed
  • Draft and respond to routine email correspondence
  • Prepare and label product samples for distribution
  • Maintain customer databases and support client relationships
  • Assist accounting with basic tasks such as check preparation and documentation
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate office upkeep, including cleaners and general office organization
  • Assist in organizing team activities (e.g., birthdays and small office events)
  • Provide administrative and operational support to different departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong communication
  • Tech and software savvy
  • self-motivated and self-managing

Education:

  • AA Degree or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,600.00 - $47,840.00 per year
