Administrative Assistant

Miramar Car Center is looking for a experienced Administrative Assistant. Must have office management experience in a Automotive dealership operation and possess excellent administrative and managerial skills. Must have a verifiable resume. Responsibilities include:

  • Must be in control of Accounts payable, Vendor accounts, monthly statements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel and other dealership softwares
  • Detail Oriented: strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a hands on approach and be comfortable working in a automotive office position.
  • Bonus if have DMV/CDTFA Experience!!

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
