Job description:
Mustafa Al Ansari Real Estate is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenancy contract renewals, communicating with tenants, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable dealing with tenants and handling office documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with tenants regarding tenancy contract renewals and related matters
- Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewal contracts, and supporting documentation
- Follow up with tenants on rent payments, renewals, and outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate and organized records of tenancy contracts and payment history
- Draft, review, and respond to tenant emails and general correspondence
- Support cheque preparation and maintain proper payment documentation
- Coordinate effectively between tenants and management on lease-related issues
- Provide general administrative assistance and day-to-day office support
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi (spoken and written)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to handle tenants professionally
- Previous experience in real estate administration is a plus
Salary:
- AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 for beginners / entry-level candidates
- Up to AED 2,800 for candidates with real estate administrative experience
