Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate is passionate about promoting our eco-conscious junk removal and recycling services to residential, commercial, and renovation project clients.

This part-time, temporary position has potential to grow and expand into an executive oversight and management position as the result of targeted increases in business revenue. Community and business networking are a must.

This is a wage-based position with potential commission bonuses. An ideal opportunity for individuals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, generate new leads daily, and create a strong, loyal customer base for company growth and expansion.

About the Company

Moore Junk Removal & Recycling is a Veteran-owned junk removal and recycling service provider. We have a passion for providing on demand removal services with a priority on recycling. Our goal is to provide residential and commercial services beyond junk removal and disposal, but to focus on zero-waste targets for all aspects of the waste industry. Systems will be developed to sort all collected materials for recycling, reusing, or repurposing – lastly, targeting a 70% or more waste reduction of items that must go to the landfill.

Duties

  • Work from home, in the field, and in the warehouse
  • "Bird Dog". Prospect and generate leads by identifying potential customers through cold calls, door knocking, networking, referrals, and online marketing.
  • Engage customers through education on the benefits of using our professional junk removal services with a focus on recycling, reusing, and repurposing discarded items.
  • Follow on customer satisfaction management to ensure repeat business and new referrals from other potential clients.
  • Know and understand how to build a Customer Relationship Management system and sales log.
  • Collect and encourage customer feedback through Google and other platform reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong background in service industry sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-motivated to succeed.
  • Comfortable with door knocking, phone calling, and in-person presentations.
  • Familiarity with software tools and business communication and marketing systems.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background and drug screening.
  • Answer pre-interview qualifying questionnaire.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $384.00 - $600.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
