Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing inquiries professionally.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide courteous customer support.
  • Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document management to ensure accessibility and security.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and organize meetings for staff and executives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications for document creation, editing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with proofreading documents, preparing reports, and ensuring clarity in all communications.
  • Support office management activities including supply ordering, inventory tracking, and facility coordination.
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including travel arrangements and task prioritization.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette while managing inquiries via phone or email.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer support roles.
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and proofreading techniques.
  • Personal assistant experience or office management background is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with phone etiquette and client interactions. This position is integral to maintaining an organized, welcoming office environment while supporting the broader operational goals of the organization. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
