Administrative Assistant

Collision Repair Administrative assistant
Busy collision repair center in need of office help for tasks such as billing, customer reception, filing, Data entry, file preparation ,insurance claim reporting and file opening/ closing, rental car billing. Clean bright work environment, competitive pay. Applicants must have great people and communication skills and be capable of prioritizing and completing tasks with little supervision, fast learning computer skills are a must . Applicants must be extremely dependable to attend work. We are preferably looking for someone with some experience in office work with good skills at following instructions and extremely organized. The Computer programs used daily are CCC, QuickBooks, Rental Pro, Record 360. google calendar and Word. Administrative assistant Daily Duties:
* Schedule and set up of customer's files
*Verify and create claim numbers by communicating with insurance companies.
*Answer phones and filing.
* Process Insurance claims and payments, schedule rentals and updating customers on repair statuses.

* Setup rental vehicle contracts and video vehicles on check out and check in
* Obtaining police reports and all needed insurance claim information
* Enter vender bills and time sheets in accounting program
* Create Customer invoices and process payments
*40 Hours/week

Administrative assistant: Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in administrative roles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
