Answer all incoming phone calls for property managers

Maintain calendars, task lists

Send out all conference call and meeting requests for managers

Answer questions from occupants/tenants/vendors before directing to managers.

Follow up on occupant/tenant/vendor emails

Track/match POs to invoices

Maintain files for properties, i.e. budget, contracts, vendors, leases.

Create all file folders with labels.

Collect and submit payroll forms to manager for approval.

Type and distribute all meeting minutes, building issues, memos and misc. correspondence

Prepare all holiday and building memos for all properties
-
Follow up on property violations, draft cure letters and submit to DOB
-
Submit all DOB Ownership signatures
-
Prepare monthly building issues for all buildings
-
Assist with the DOB NOW permit process, checks, following up with all parties
